100.18 12-Month DAPT(PIONEER III) Vs. 1-Month Dapt (PIONEER IV): Comparative Observational Assessment of Bleeding and Ischemic Events After Aspirin Cessation in Patients Treated With Healing-Targeted Supreme Sirolimus-Eluting Stent (HT Supreme)

Alternative Title

Abstract

Background: Bleeding and thrombotic events impact percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) patients' survival. Novel stent designs with rapid healing allow early discontinuation of dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT), potentially reducing bleeding risk without raising thrombosis risk. We compared bleeding and thrombotic outcomes in the pooled analysis of the PIONEER III (long-DAPT) and PIONEER IV (short-DAPT) trials.
