Background: Noninvasive diagnostic testing is essential for evaluating patients with stable chest pain without known coronary artery disease (CAD). Although coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) is Class Ia recommended, the regional differences and temporal trends in guideline adherence, especially the use of fractional flow reserve from CCTA (FFRCT), remained unknown.
