Abstract
Introduction: Eagle's syndrome (ES) is an uncommon condition which presents clinically as throat or neck pain, dysphagia, pain on turning the head or dizziness. When unrelated to tonsillectomy, this is usually due to an elongated styloid process or calcified stylohyoid ligament. This case however, outlines a patient who presented with an intraoral bony mass along the left palatoglossal arch.
