Abstract

Introduction: FFRCT is now widely available in clinical use for diagnosis of flow limiting disease in CTA. There is well documented clinical accuracy trials and registries demonstrating the validity of FFRCT. However real-world cost savings of FFRCT have not yet been proven, with no randomised trial yet showing cost savings over other functional imaging modalities.
